If you bought DUDE Wipes through Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, or another retailer, please follow that retailer's own return and refund policy. We are not able to process returns or refunds for purchases made outside dudewipes.com.

We keep this simple. We do not accept physical returns; nobody wants a used pack of wipes back, least of all us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at help@dudeproducts.com and we will issue a refund once the issue is confirmed. There is no need to mail anything back: no box, no return label, no hassle.

Sample programs

Free samples are free. Items received through a sample program were not purchased and are not eligible for a refund or return.

Limited-time drops

Drops follow the same policy as regular orders: no physical returns, with a refund issued for anything damaged, defective, or incorrect.
